Automatic updates via LANCOM Wireless ePaper Server
Thanks to the convenient software, the LANCOM Wireless ePaper Server, The LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays can be controlled centrally. Updates take place automatically as the appropriate interfaces allow data to be shown on the battery-powered display almost in real time. For instance, information from ERP systems or data from calendar-management systems such as Exchange, Domino, iCalender, and Office 365 for room signs can thus be transferred directly to the ePaper Displays. Not only can be displayed ongoing meetings and their participants but also subsequent appointments and their times. Being always up to date, signage at the meeting-room doorways offers genuine informational value and creates full transparency.

Modern design, highlights in color and integrated LED
Content can be displayed in three different colors on the third-generation Wireless ePaper Displays; black, white, and red. The modern display therefore fits perfectly into any environment, while simultaneously offering the opportunity to highlight messages. Moreover, the WDG-3 displays are equipped with an integrated LED, which is freely programmable and can thus be used to signal, for instance, image changes.

Perfect readability and capability to display graphics
The Wireless ePaper Displays are suitable for daylight and fully capable of displaying graphics. The anti-glare display also minimizes reflections, ensuring best readability regardless of lightning conditions and viewing angle.

Bracket and stand included
Brackets for mounting the LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays on a (glass) wall are supplied. It is also possible to use the ePaper Displays on tables or showcases using the included stands.

Longevity of batteries and easy battery change
Due to their extremely low power consumption and active avoidance of interferences in the wireless field the batteries used in the LANCOM Wireless ePaper Displays last up to 5 years (with updates on average 1 - 2 times per day). There is no need for costly and time-consuming cable installations. As the used batteries are single standard button cells, they can be changed easily and life cylce costs have been reduced significantly.
