Overview

The FPS-1010MG allow users to share their MFP (Multi-Function Printer) to the wired or wireless network. Not only printer, but also scanner, fax and card reader can be shared to your network at the same time. With Windows base operation utility, users can get the MFP to print and scan your document, send a fax or reach the data from the card reader of MFP via FPS-1010MG. In addition, by using our Windows based configuration program, configuration can be completed in minutes. Equipped with the connector interface - USB2.0, FPS-1010MG provides the most compatibility to the newly released MFP that built in USB 1.1 / 2.0 interface.

Not only be a MFP Server, this FPS-1010MG can also be a traditional print server. Supports TCP/IP network protocol, it allows LPR, standard TCP/IP and IPP printing methods. It can share print function in the various common network operating systems including Windows 98SE/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003, Unix, Linux and MAC OS 9.x above. Otherwise, FPS-1010MG is GDI interface supported, you can connect the GDI printer to FPS-1010MG directly.

FPS-1010MG provides a built-in high-performance wireless interface at the transfer rate up to 54Mbps for users to enjoy the convenience of wireless printing. The Print Server supports both "Ad-Hoc mode" (point-to-point wireless networks) and "Infrastructure mode" (using your existing Wireless access point). Users can make choice of the most appropriate mode for their own wireless network. Supports 64/128-bit WEP and WPA-PSK for securing wireless network connections. Since the FPS-1010MG is compliant with 802.11b/g, you can use FPS-1010MG with your existing 802.11b network as well.
